When should I expect my art to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Totes and bags are printed on demand. It takes about 5-7 business days before shipping. Depending on where you live in the Continental US, it could take between 3-5 days to reach you. 

If you make a special or personalized order we will be in communication with you so you know exactly what to expect and how progress is being made. We do our very best to accommodate dates for special occasions.

Where do you ship?

We always offer FREE shipping for paintings. We only ship to the continental US. If you ever wonder how much longer you have to wait, please contact us and we’ll be happen to check to see where your art is in the process. We ship to the following countries:  USA 

How much is shipping?

We always offer FREE shipping for paintings.

All other items will be automatically calculated based on the total weight of your order when you are checking out. 

How long does it take to ship?

USPS gives quotes but does not guarantee, we will send you tracking numbers for all parcels. 2-8 days for domestic, longer for international. If you live in TX you'll get it faster than if you love in Hawaii. 

We Ship Via:

Standard shipping is via US First Class Mail and Priority Mail Shipping, cost is based on weight.

International Shipping:

We are happy to work with you for international shipping. Please contact us prior to your order at Rbarakat@ritabarakat.com or the contact us page with the details and we will get back to you on the cost. 

We are not responsible for customs or duty fees you may owe on your order.  Please do not ask us to mark your customs forms as a "gift", as we will not do this.  Once the package leaves the USA, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  If you require that your order be insured, please contact us prior to placing your order on our website.  You will be billed for the additional amount of insurance. 

Can I pick up my piece of art in person?

Yes.  Message or email and we can make an arrangement.

How do I hang my art?

Most people tend to hang their art too high. Art should generally be at about 57” from the floor. This allows all your art to look professionally hung. Most galleries hang their art about that same height. When you look at the art, it should be at eye level. This height also marries your other furniture, rugs, and accessories better when art is hung at this level. All of Celestial’s art comes ready to hang, straight out of the box, unless specifically noted. No need to buy additional materials. Enjoy your new artwork!

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Prints and/or original paintings may only be returned if damaged in shipping. Please take a photo of damage and email photo to rbarakat@ritbarakat.com within 48 hours of receiving product, then further instructions will be emailed to you.

We take great pride in our products. Each order is printed when you order, therefore we can not accept returns. Please double check your order before completion. No returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

I want a different size than what you offer on your website, can I place a special order?

CONTACT us and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your design needs.
